The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Qualifying sales leads for our sales representatives through our channels of inbound customer communication. We are looking for candidates who are excellent communicators in both verbal and written form as well as highly adaptable as we operate in a dynamic environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact and ensure proper accepted opportunities to our sales representatives. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.


  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Receive inbound communication from potential clients through live chat, telephone and emails.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
  • Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

    Skills & Requirements

    • BS/BA required.
    • 1+ years of prior experience in related role.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit; desire to exceed sales goals.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ambitious, hard-working and team oriented.
    • Proficiency with popular CRM or email software solutions a plus.
