The Challenge

Our business is growing fast, and with growth, we need to continue to innovate on business processes to maintain certain operational metrics. We are looking for a self-motivated and diligent individual who can help us tackle this problem. A good attitude, a sense of humor, and strong interpersonal skills is a must!

The Role

In this role, you will be wearing many hats. You will be responsible for data analysis, process management and re-engineering, and intensive interaction with customers in order to reach these goals. You will also interact frequently with customers and with other departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent & considerate service to Talent Inc. customers.
  • Monitor customer accounts for any payment issues and inform the Fulfillment and Customer Care team.
  • Learn the data and reporting structure of various company systems, performing ad-hoc analysis to help Senior Management make educated business decisions.
  • Analyze complex data sets and produce actionable insights.
  • Assists in implementing continued improvements to processes, analytics, and reporting.
  • Manage overall back office operations (chargebacks, reviews, NPS surveys, etc) and explore technologies available to the organization to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Qualifications

    • BS/BA required.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
    • Advanced skills in Excel.
    • Ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive communications.
    • Good written and verbal communication.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and process skills.
    • Adaptable and thrives in uncertainty.
    • Preferred

      • BS/BA required.
      • Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics or related field preferred.
      • Customer service experience is a plus.
      • Experience in hyper growth company desirable.
      • SQL proficiency is a plus.
